Why my Alviun Sonic+ Toothbrush slightly stop while I’m brushing my teeth?

This is completely normal! The built-in 2-minute timer causes the toothbrush to briefly pause every 30 seconds as a reminder to move to the next section of your mouth. It will pause a total of 3 times over a full 2-minute brush. Changing mode during brushing will not reset the timer.
