Fresh Flow Water Flosser

I have purchased other Alviun products with no issues and was skeptical purchasing the water flosser at such a high price point when Kmart and eBay stock much cheaper versions so when there was a sale for the flosser being $60 I jumped on it- $60 is still a much higher price point than the other stores. A lot in people I follow on instagram raved about it and I figured it must be worth trying- sadly it was just another case of promoting anything for $. The flap at the back completely came off, the water spurts out intermittently and you have to shake it to get a continuous stream of water which defeats the purpose and makes it difficult to use. I have reached out to the team and given ample time for a reply and a solution but it appears the only thing they are concerned about is making a sale. Disappointing and a waste of money for a product that lasted less than 2 weeks. My advice- go to Kmart.

Love it super easy to use and works superbly

There was only one attachment but in the instruction leaflet there were 3 attachments that could be used however we only got one and its too short to get into the back of the teeth..

I actually really regret buying it. It makes a huge mess and it is not very good at actually flossing. Waste of money
