Which products are included in the 30-day money back guarantee?
Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to all Alviun products, with the exception of refill and replacement items. This includes replacement brush heads, Water Flosser+ replacement tips, and Shavo refills, as these are consumable products and are not eligible for the guarantee.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out to us at help@alviun.com and we'll be happy to help!
