If your Portable Water Flosser is leaking, first check that the water tank of your Water Flosser is secured to the unit.
The water tank can be removed by slowly pulling it while shaking it back and forth.
When storing the Water Flosser after use ensure it is stored with no water in the water tank and in the upright position.
Some water may drip from the unit due to run-off or overflowing when filling the Water Flosser, this is completely normal.
If the issue is water leaking between the Portable Water Flosser tip and the unit, then double check the tip is correctly seated. You can do this by twisting the nozzle anti clockwise and removing the tip and then placing it back in the unit.
