Why has the tracking on my Alviun package not updated?

Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched, so don't worry if it hasn't moved straight away!

During busy periods, your order may show as "ready to ship" on your end, but it may still be waiting on confirmation from our dispatch warehouse before the tracking reflects the latest status.

If your tracking still hasn't updated after a week, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at help@alviun.com and we'll look into it for you right away.
