What if my parcel or product is damaged?
If you have received the incorrect item from your order or the product you have received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team at help@alviun.com
Alviun offer a one-year warranty on any registered Alviun device. If your product is having an issue while you are using it, you can get a replacement by following the below steps:
- State your full name and the product name.
- Provide us a valid proof of purchase (order number, date of purchase, etc.).
- State the issue that you’re having with our product.
- Customer Service Team will reply to you and provide you a return address.
- Send your item/s to the provided address. We advise you use a traceable postage service as Alviun will not be responsible for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.
- Attach your tracked receipt via the email and we will give you a refund for the shipping (to make the refund process faster, you can provide us your bank details).
- After we confirm that you have sent the faulty product back to us, we will prepare a shipment with a replacement for you immediately.
*Please be aware that our Warranty Policy is only offered for the products that have technical issues (such as battery does not charge, the toothbrush/teeth whitening kit/water flosser is not turning on even when it’s fully charged, etc.) or anything that is related to their function. We will not cover hygiene issues (such as mould, stains, bacteria, etc) as it’s your responsibility to maintain and take care of your own product.
