Why has my toothbrush stopped charging or stopped working?
The Sonic+ Toothbrush is designed to work only with its original charging cable provided by us. Using a different cable — even if it's also USB-C — may not charge the toothbrush correctly and can damage the battery over time.
If your toothbrush isn't charging or turning on, simply switch back to the original cord that came in the box and charge it for a full day. You'll know it's charging when the light is flashing from bottom to top. And one important tip — always make sure your toothbrush is completely dry before placing it on charge.
