Came quick and what I ordered

a great toothbrush

The toothbrush is great to use, gentle on teeth but it cleans very well. The only problem is the actual brush's filaments. They work loose and fall out. I am not sure if they are designed to do this or if I have a faulty toothbrush head.

Sonic + replacement heads

The replacement heads for this toothbrush are the best. They are much improved and do a wonderful job on all areas of my teeth.

I don’t like this electric toothbrush. I felt it wasn’t powerful enough. Plus the brushed bristles don’t clean between the teeth as they are too soft.
I personally wouldn’t recommend this product.
