What is covered under the 1-year warranty policy?

Our 1-year warranty covers electrical and technical issues that affect the performance of your product. This includes things like your toothbrush not charging, your Water Flosser+ not turning on, or your toothbrush not vibrating as it should.

However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear from regular use. This includes cosmetic changes such as scratches or scuffs over time, mould resulting from improper storage or hygiene, and natural battery degradation over time.
