Opening the packet and an info sheet drops out explaining that it will not stick to matt tiles, only glossy tiles. This was not evident when purchasing. Have tried to stick to my tiles but fell down within a few hours. Bit disappointed as they look great and would be very handy.

Product it’s self is of good quality Customer service could have been better, not enough factual information regarding on back order, wasn’t mentioned till several emails later. Takes a little getting use to, the vibration is soft but powerful and it tickles the inside of your mouth but am adjusting the more I use it. Highly recommend
